## Procedure

1. Developer Mode
    1. OEM Unlocking
    2. Advanced Reboot

2. Unlock Bootloader
    1. Reboot to Bootloader
    2. `fastboot flashing unlock || fastboot oem unlock`
    3. Deletes all data
    4. Reboot to OS

3. Root
    0. Pre-requisites
        1. Download Magisk APK
        1. Download firmware of OnePlus Nord CE 2 (the same version that is installed on your phone)

1. Patch bootloader
        1. Extract firmware and copy the `boot.img` to phone
        2. Install Magisk app
        3. Open Magisk app, click Install.
        4. "Select and patch a file", patch `boot.img`
        5. Copy phone:`magisk_patched.img` to host
    2. `fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img` (otherwise bootloop)
    3. `fastboot flash boot magisk_patched.img`

## Bootloop Recovery
- Hold Power and Vol Down to reboot to bootloader
- `fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img` (otherwise bootloop)
